Indian Wells Resort Hotel
I love this place. Eddie the maintenance man is very courteous and helpful. The guy at the front desk is super nice too. The one that was there when I was leaving in the morning.

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas
There is a parking fee of $32/night. There are also daily resort fees. I would have chosen this property regardless of the fees, but on some trips these fees would have deterred me from staying at the location.
