"From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent — freshly prepared throughout the day, always warm, and with plenty of variety. The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. "The accomodation is itself amazing, kept super clean all the times, it has all the amenities required and also has a mini shop at site. They also provide taxi services to city centres both ways and also airport shuttle at minimal prices. they also have a restaurant facing the amazing swimming pool. oh my god what food they serve, the taste of the food is so amazing as compared to outside restaurants, etc. there is also a cactus garden nearby and it needs reservation so we were unable to go. but there is also a beautiful waterpark with amazing slides just 5 minutes from the accomodation. the staff is always friendly , helpful and wecoming. I love it and i would recommend it to everyone arriving in morocco."

"Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc."

"Great place — very impressive ornately decorated building very large complex. The staff was extremely friendly and they have offstreet parking in their own parking lot. This is a very nice location away from the busyness of Marrakesh while still being in Marrakesh about five or 10 minutes ride from the old city. This was nice and clean - no pests - very good breakfast including actual cooked eggs and extremely large swimming pool. I do recommend this place for the price especially"

"Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good."
