「Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, Fantastic View, Comfy Rooms」

「Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. 」

「酒店的整体景观很漂亮。距离市中心有一点距离，但是却落得安静。我们被安排在后面的一个WING，面向后山，距离大堂要走很长的路，因此没有什么噪声。但是采光和景观稍逊一些。房间尺寸比较大。竟然没有烧水壶，联系客房后提供给我们。卫生间镜子正对着卧室。游泳池在阳光下很舒适。酒店员工没有那么热情。如果有车出行，那么在这里可以考虑在这里休整。」

「The hotel was nice but they couldn’t find our reservation and wanted to charge us for a rate they charge people who show up last minute. I went into my Expedia app and messaged them and then they could find it. Room was nice and clean.」

「It was a great stay. The service and food were amazing. The location is great for hiking and biking. Also it would be a great location for honeymoons as the view outside the hotel is spectacular. Highly recommended. 」

「Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.」

「Cassendra staff eere welcoming and helpful - even before I arrived. They helped me find affordable transport for a day trip and when needed were able to serve my dinner extra quickly. Wifi was touch and go but ultimately held for a few video calls. The hotel is a bit old but rooms are spacious and clean with great bathrooms. The location is know to tuktuk drivers and the mountain offers amazing views. Its also very close to the best Kandyan dancers (5 min walk) and a view point!」

「Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt! Alles war unglaublich sauber und die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk von Kandy entfernt, aber genau das hat uns besonders gefallen – kein Smog, sondern pure Ruhe und Natur. An zwei Abenden haben wir hier auch zu Abend gegessen und das war eine hervorragende Entscheidung. Die Hausherrin kocht selbst und das Essen war wirklich köstlich – frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und voller authentischer...
