The hospitality of the staff was incredible, they are super nice & helpful. They let me put my luggages at the reception after check-out so I can keep visiting the city without having my luggages. Clean rooms.

A really lovely basic hotel. Great location, and in a wonderful Courtyard. Clean rooms, and linen changed every day. Needed the air con - so always had a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff - and provided a generous breakfast. A simple delight!

Interesting location in a crumbling old palazzo. The entrance is a bit intimidating but the hotel inside is basic but fine. Friendly and good location. Cooking smells were a bit strong, and breakfast was very basic, but overall a good experience.

I am not sure who photo-shopped the photos for this property. This hotel needs to state that it is a budget hotel. The description should make it clear that you do not have a bathroom in your room. The bathroom is located across the hallway of our room and makes that difficult to use. The bathroom is private and is yours that you have a key for to use. It was also very difficult to get in contact with anyone to get us onto the property. This property felt more like staying in a hostil and not the type of hotel I would chose to stay. The property was clean and the staff were pleasant.

The hotel's exterior is unassuming, with not much clear signage, but the inside courtyard is nice. The rooms were large and clean, and the external separate bathroom was nicely appointed. For a budget stay, I definitely recommend.

Very basic but clean and safe and comfortable without frills. Staff was friendly, breakfast was a nice bonus and the cool old royal palace was definitely interesting. Location is easy, perhaps be cautious at night but otherwise didn’t feel unsafe.
