Super hotel near train station and 8 mins from cathedral. Only problem is the parking on site as access is by a lift. My Lexus 1s 250 just got in with about 2 inches either side. Breakfast was good. Would recommend .

Loved every minute

It was an amazing experience to stay there. Centrally located it’s in walking distance to most sites we wanted to visit as well as very close to bus and train station. Only place we ever took a taxi to was el Cristo del Ortero. Registration personnel was super nice and sweet as said they would love to visit us in the Pueblo next year. I was scared they would charge us for using the elevator so much but of course they didn’t. Oh they only turn the air conditioning on when it gets really hot but we opened the windows and it was fine. On our last night they did turn the air on upon request but we had to ask them to turn it off after a little while. Well I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Eurostars has been my hotel favorite in a life of travel in Spain during my early retirement. I was impressed again. Perhaps in part due to a relaxing atmosphere of Palencia factored into things but there is a feeling of peace and organization in this hotel. Price to quality was outstanding and the breakfast buffet a winner. The staff is professional and friendly. It’s a little tricky if your walking from the train or bus station as you go under the tracks and then up but play it safe and go to the next intercession to cross even though you will be tempted earlier. It’s a five minute walk- why not make it six and arrive safely? Then again there is a taxi stand right there between the bus and train stations and a rental car agent there. It’s a convenient place for a traveler either way. I like the spacious balcony with a wood table and chairs that gave it a homey feeling. My room had a tub if you like them. The restaurant is closed still but you can get a thing or two in the mini bar and spirits/coffee near where you check in. I was in a single room near the elevator and never hear the elevator or much noise at all.

No me parece adecuado que el desayuno fuese hasta las 9’30 h. al ser laborables los días de mi estancia. De vacaciones no me parece correcto tener que madrugar obligatoriamente para desayunar.

El personal está empanada (me atendió un hombre que no me gusto nada como hizo las cosas y la información me la dio mal, luego los baños dan pena... El Wc está pegadisimo a la pared, te tienes que sentar de lado. Horrible diseño

No se puede tener a los clientes esperando un buen rato para hacer check out mientras hacen check in de un grupo numeroso, siendo las 10.30 y la entrada es a partir de las 15.00. Cómodo y limpio pero habitación e instalaciones pequeñas y servicios de categoría inferior a 4 estrellas.

La habitación bien, el enclave del hotel fatal. Anuncian estacionamiento y la verdad es de risa el tener que dejar el coche ahí, está imposible y no hay ningún Parquing techado cerca. Es increíble que un hotel de 4 estrellas no te ofrezcan al menos una botella de agua por parte del hotel. Si quieres agua tiene que ser con cargo del servibar. El trato de la gerente del hotel fatal, el resto del personal muy bien. Quedé muy decepcionado del hotel Eurostar en Palencia.
