"Great location "

"From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! Waking up to Eiffel Tower views was amazing… having coffee on the balcony was even better."

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

"Fabulous location on a lively street close to two metro stations, nice room, quirky bathroom."

"Tight room, but clean and well situated. Staff was friendly and provided wine glasses with the requested cork screw. Would stay there again!"

"Stayed here for 4 nights. Its in a great area. Metro right around the corner. The Eiffle Tower is a 10 minute walk. Lots of great places to eat around the corner. Theres A/C for summer months. The single bed room is very small but works great for one person. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay here again ! "

"All smart room was not good. Couldn’t find a way to turn on only the light in the shower. Would have been nice to have a manual swatch in/near the shower similar to the manual switches next to the vanity area and bed area. Also there was very little room to store luggage. We only had 1 piece of luggage each so it wasn’t a lot"

"The neighborhood where the hotel sits is convenient. There are restaurants, coffee shops, boulangerie, flower shops, frommage, poisson, and poulet places. It’s walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It’s a great neighborhood and safe area. "
