L’excellence et bien plus encore !

En quelques lignes… Le lieu en lui même est chargé d’histoire à travers son emplacement et son architecture. On ne peut qu’apprécier ! La localisation est idéale. La chambre est sublime et le mobilier de très bon choix avec des équipements de pointe. Le bar et la restauration sont incroyables. Pour l’ensemble du séjour, les équipes n’ont de cesse à chercher à aller au delà de l’excellence de part leur rapidité, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. C’est très agréable. Il n’y a pas de mot pour dire à quel point séjourner ici est exceptionnel et bien plus encore. Aucun autre établissement de même distinction à Paris n’est comparable à la Réserve. En un mot : Merci.

Endroit superbe mais...

Le cadre est fantastique, la décoration sublime, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont extraordinaires, le personnel soigné et attentif. Cependant vous n’existez pas tant que vous n’entrez pas dans l’hôtel. Personne ne se préoccupe de savoir quand et comment vous arrivez. Ce qui était regrettable car j’étais persuadé que mon arrivée était gérée. Ce fut vite oublié. Egalement il vous est imposé l’utilisation du masque dans l’enceinte de l’établissement -Normal en cette période- toutefois, le personnel qui entre dans la chambre pour réparer un désordre ne l’utilise pas alors même que je suis dans la chambre. Incohérence avec la politique exigée. En effet suite à une fuite, un technicien est intervenu à 22:30. Le problème a été résolu entre 22:45 et...3h du matin. J’étais bien plus préoccupé de me rendormir que de rappeler à 3h du matin sachant que je devais me lever à 6:30. Imaginez le bruit de l’eau qui coule pendant 3:30... Attention au parquet glissant également (ch 405) puis vous entendez les talons des personnes qui marchent de la suite au dessus. Et pour finir, au moment du Check out, on me facture le petit déjeuner qui était pourtant déjà inclut dans le prix de la chambre. Ce palace Parisien -le seul ouvert au moment de la réservation- reste malgré tout une expérience agréable en cette triste période.
