「Two dogs barking all the time. No Ac. Toilet crammed. Exhaust fan making noise all night. The owner was the meanest person- talking to us as if we were staying free. Worst experience of our life」

「Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover.」

「Great location between Florence and Pisa. Also only a 5 minute walk to the train station that will take you to both cities. Great place to stay if looking for something quite and away from the crowds.」

「Francesco, our host, is so nice and welcoming. We had the beat stay and our room had the most fantastic view. Excellent breakfast, place was super clean and quiet. We highly recommend.」

「Good family room for an overnight stay, with a queen bed & 1 single, an ensuite & a tv. Plenty of towels and parking. Was a 7-10 mins walk to a local pizzeria for supper. Left early for our Pisa flight & was just 10 mins drive away, so very convenient.」

「Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the first place」

「Characterful property in a beautiful location. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and were very impressed. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we won’t hesitate to return.」

「Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.」

「Pisa - A comfy stay in Pisa! The hosts was very nice and helpful. She gave us clear directions for the Pisa city. The place is very clean and comfortable, and there was a balcony with table and chair in the room! Love it!」

「We have stayed at various places in Italy during our recent trip. This place was comfortable enough. Small rooms hut adequate. No breakfast but there are plenty of places to have breakfast locally My biggest problem was that they never mentioned that this location is Ina ZTL restricted area or ask for us to provide a license plate to register. So without knowing anything we just drove up to the front and unpacked. It was only after a rather unfriendly woman at the hotel told us that we were...
