「The lodge is amazing and we got to see elephants during the day and night next to our room. They quoted us a ridiculous amount for transport from/to Vic Falls so we had to make our own way there for a third of the price. There were more people going to Vic Falls the same day so I feel they could make an effort to make transport easy, fair and eco-friendly for their guests. 「The property is in serious disrepair! The veranda had a hole in it they just covered with a chair. The toilet had fesces in it. The pool was green with algae. The didn’t tell us there was no power and were running on a generator that the turned off in the night with no warning leaving us in the dark completely. (Not even a flash light). We had a 6 am game drive, and didn’t turn the generator till 10 minutes to 6. Tree had fallen across the pathway. I feel bad for the staff, for they are the ones...

Ngasha was an incredible hostess/bartender, chef Kevin was amazing in the presentation and quality and taste of food, Fortune our guide was incredible and very intelligent and resourceful.
