「Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located walking distance from a diner. The surrounding property is a bit sketchy and someone has a rooster. Needless to say, I didn't sleep in much. 」

The property is amazing; gardens, plenty of spots to lounge indoor and outdoor, museum on site that is full of the hotel's history, love the artwork throughout the hotel public spaces by one of the owners. Our room was cozy and had everything that we needed. Also, had reserved patio furniture just for us.」

「The location of the property was conveniently located from downtown Winslow. However, the room seriously needed renovating. There was black stains on the bath tub, on the back of the front door, and on the ceiling in the bathroom, wasn’t sure if that was mold. For the price that was charged, I expected a better quality too that showed that care was taken in ensuring the room was cosmetically appealing. I can’t recommend this place to stay unfortunately. The staff was friendly and helpful, but...

「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can...

「When I booked a stay in Holbrook, AZ, I didn’t expect much. What I found at the BW Arizonian was a very pleasant surprise. It was clear that the rooms had been recently refurbished and repainted, with new fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was a cut above the typical buffet at a “breakfast included” hotel. And the staff was very efficient and helpful.」

「Room wasn't bad, and the price was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking was a bit rough. It is side slotted, and the parking is extremely tight between the 2 buildings. It is one way in, one way out, no backing in. If a lot of large trucks are parked, such as was my experience, the narrow driveway behind them becomes a situation where you have to reverse out into the road where you pulled in from. I have a tiny car. So there's that.」
