The rooms are clean yet dated. There are no elevators on the property and breakfast is extremely light continental (nothing cooked). The bed was nice.

They did not have enough towels & face cloths for our party of three. When we requested more from the front desk we were advised they didn’t have enough lately. Breakfast was marginal at best.

Just a really run down old property. Cracks in the ceiling, water leaking in through a light in hall, and overall just run down.

The room was honestly horrible. I dont expect much but clean sheets are nice. The shower and air conditioner were broken. There is no elevator so accommodations are not there for access-needed.

Property needs upgrading. Breakfast was minimal and little provided, however, good enough to get something in your stomach. Indoor pool needed some attention. Needed linen for pullout bed as it was not in room the room. Everything worked in our room.

Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed at but no where near worth the $126 I paid. I’ll never stay at a Baymont again. The roof was falling off. The paint was horrible. Just not impressed at all.

First off, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was nice and seemed clean. When it came to the room it looked clean but didn’t feel clean. The carpet was very old and had holes in it. It had a weird smell. I really think it was more because of the age and not being updated in years. It definitely wasn’t the worst hotel as you could see they made an effort to make it clean. It served its purpose after a long day of travel. The bed wasn’t bad. I think with some updating like new carpet, toilets, showers, and paint. This hotel would be great. They had plenty of parking for a large truck and trailer so that was a huge plus.

Great stay. Other than the fact that the place is in dire need of renovation, everything was terrific. Mina at the front desk was superb. Could have used a bit more light in the hot tub in the evening, but everything else was great. Basic breakfast was fine and check-in / check out was smooth.

For $169 per night. They could invest some money in a very dated facility. It is convenient, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but could use some much needed renovations. Very dated.

The front desk staff was so friendly and let us choose which room we wanted. The room was decent, though the entire hotel would do well to be renovated. The mirrors in the room were cloudy, one had fingerprints; not a huge deal. There was a HUGE spider in the sink, probably from the drain, but it's Arizona so I wasn't completely shocked. Breakfast is very sparse; there were three cereal dispensers that didn't work very well, a mini fridge with milk, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches (that are meant to stay frozen until cooking), and freezer waffles, there were also packaged pieces of bread for toast and bagels. The coffee was wonderful and the cereal sated me just fine. The beds were firm, the AC works, and again the staff was wonderful. All in all, we would stay here again.
