My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
