「I came to Kuala Lumpur for a business trip and chose this single bed. It was a wonderful experience! The place is convenient, clean, and hygienic, the breakfast was rich, and the host provided very attentive and thoughtful service.」

「This was an excellent property for longer term stays. Not a Hotel. No front counter. The agent meets you outside the elevator lobby and escorts you to your room. Comes complete with everything you need. It is a place I would stay for a month or more. 」

「七個人入住八樓的三房家庭式空間四天，價格便宜，地點不錯，用走的可以到雙子星、吉隆坡塔、柏威年百貨，但是一開始有一間廁所的洗手台堵塞，然後連續兩天有看到蟑螂…整體衛生沒有到很好，也沒有提供衛生紙跟水，而且水壓忽大忽小，小的時候真的很誇張，差不多是用滴的…可能整棟大樓很多人同時使用吧⋯⋯不過服務人員的態度都很好，也很願意幫忙處理問題，在WhatsApp 反應後都還蠻快回覆的。」

「The residence's location is the best, just 10 mins walk to KLCC. The residence was spacious and bright. The staff sent detailed message to me explaining the check-in procedure, very helpful indeed. The roof top swimming pool was fantastic, we could see Twin Tower there. We would like to come back to this hotel next time..」

「The rooftop pool has an unmatched view of the city and the facilities are very clean. The staff at Riveria Premier Suites was also very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city. 」

「感謝酒店滿足我們要求住到高樓層 視野好 晚上可以看到吉隆坡塔燈光變化 蠻美 房間有廚具 晚上回來煮宵夜很方便 衛浴設備挺優 泡澡時還有夜景欣賞 美式早餐簡單 可飽足 就怕長輩不太適應 酒店位於斜坡段 下坡走路十分鐘就有一賣場 上坡未嘗試 工作人員可幫忙協助聯絡計程車 NICE A TRIP !」
