「Check in process was a bit annoying with having to line up at the other building and waited for the longest time even if I thought I did online checkin prior. The Pendray building staff leaves early or are never around. The garden room wasn’t exactly facing the flower garden but the community veggie garden so that threw me off a bit plus the construction noise. The breakfast was very nice. Everything else felt very self serve not really hotel feel.」

「I don’t recommend this place. The room was rather untidy and unkept. The floors were in need of vacuuming and a good deep cleaning. There was a lack of basic amenities like Kleenex. There was no staff on property to welcome you, in fact the first glimpse of a staff member was in the morning when a gentleman barged into our room without knocking while we were getting dressed (my husband had no clothes on) to deliver wine to the next set of guests and didn’t realize there was anyone staying...
