"The amount i paid for this hotel was insane!! The quality of hotel was nasty smelled like pee at the front desk and lobby is very precarious!! Unfortunately won't want to come back there... The Staff were nice and very helpful !! Need water in bedrooms or at least a machine to sell it inside the premises... lots of zombies wondering in that area!! Sorry but didn't like the place at all!!! Paying over $500 for 1 night was ridiculous... places like that is in that condition should cost $45.00 per night ... i am very sorry "

"My husband & I like small cozy hotels like Moda. We don’t need high rise and luxury. Even if old building, clean, safe and good location. Those are most important for us. Just one thing, bus room door was tight to open close. Other small things we don’t care because old hotel. All stuff is nice with smile."

"Hotel is a little dated, but that aside, I would strongly recommend. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. No noise from other rooms, but there is a fire station down the street. The restaurant/bar is open from noon until 11. The food was excellent."
