"Amazing"

"We had “ocean front” room which is excellent, and breakfast was good. Room was spotless & housekeeping came each day, working around our schedule. From the time we checked in, staff seemed to know our names and gave great service. Two times front desk staff left the front desk to help us. Only downside was the hotel’s Monkeypod restaurant had loud music at dinner - we preferred other restaurants for dinner."

"Excellent service and great room. Just remember to check your bill upon checkout especially if you have all inclusive as it added alot of things that were already included in our package and had to be manually removed by guest services team."
