「Clean room and friendly staff. No issues with room.」

「I stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Checked in after 9pm and out at 5am. There was air con and it was lovely. The room is nice with a double and single bed which were clean and comfortable. The bathroom let it down as it needs some modernising, but was ok」

「Great location and quiet room . The couple who own the property are both lovely and helpful. The room has all the amenities you could wish for , they have considered what a guest might want or need . You can park off street . The room was a little on the small side but adequate for one or two nights . The continental breakfast is adequate and the fresh coffee as very good . The property was full so the breakfast room was too and we felt a little bit close to other tables .」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」

「Rooms were good size. Bed was large and comfy. Pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a good size. All very clean. The floors in the room are laminate and could do with a good hoover and mop. Swimming pool was a good size. Sauna and steam rooms were working and usable. Gym was small but had everything needed. £15 parking for 24hr is a let down. If your a staying guest parking should be included. Towels are supplied for use at the pool and gym so you don't have to take them from the room.」

「酒店總共有2層, 下面3間房, 數上4間房, 周邊環境好好有古代鄉村, 而酒店建築物都給予1930年代外觀, 最特別係CHECK-IN係酒吧餐廳入面, 而晚餐和早餐價錢都優惠不貴, 食物質素幾好. 而各服務員十分有禮貌好有笑容值得一讚. 唯一少許不滿意浴室浴缸較為不清潔.」

「SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in. So I think it would be a good...

「Nice clean room, good shower and beds. It's such good value and basic which is all I needed as was at the BTCC at Donginton Park all day. Nice selection of beers in the bar and friendly staff. This is my second time using this hotel and will use again in the future.」

「Used this hotel as my son and I were going to Download and its convenient location was ideal. Contact from the hotel was really good prior to the visit to confirm the names of guests and whether car parking was needed, taking the registration number of the vehicle. Reception staff were helpful as we got there a few hours before check in but they let us in as the room was ready. They confirmed that the booking was for room only and explained that we could book breakfast each day if we wanted to....

「The water was hot but the shower rail was coming off the wall. The room is tiny and very hot, this wasn't helped by the plastic covered pillows. It was an effort to get in as ghe door to the room stuck badly. There was an efficient but not a warm welcome and please read the small print as breakfast is only toast, cereal and pastries.」
