「Lovely premier room with bath, shower, sofa and really comfy large bed! Breakfast in the restaurant was really nice and they offered a complementary drink. They also refunded the money we paid for parking in their car park. We didn’t know how this worked beforehand.」

「Spent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh! We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced....

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」

「酒店總共有2層, 下面3間房, 數上4間房, 周邊環境好好有古代鄉村, 而酒店建築物都給予1930年代外觀, 最特別係CHECK-IN係酒吧餐廳入面, 而晚餐和早餐價錢都優惠不貴, 食物質素幾好. 而各服務員十分有禮貌好有笑容值得一讚. 唯一少許不滿意浴室浴缸較為不清潔.」

「We booked the hotel when air traffic control issues led to our flight from a different airport being cancelled. The property was clean, comfortable and very close to East Midlands Airport. We had a very early flight so the location was key. 」
