"We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap refill, sink blocked, dirty floors… for a Radison Blue and four stars very poor services. I complained daily, at the end I had enough. Not coming back here, it’s ruined our holiday having to moan about service that should be in place without complaints. I raised it today at check out again, yes, I got an apology but it’s just not good. We will not return!"

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our stay and ultimately decided to check out early. We found the staff to be unaccommodating and, at times, discourteous. In addition, overnight parking in the garage required an additional fee, breakfast was not included, and we were informed of extra charges related to our check-in timing, which was unexpected and frustrating. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again."
