「The property is well maintained and very clean. The BonVoy app made it easy to check in online and get a phone key before we arrived, and the process worked smoothly. There is sufficient free parking in front of the facility. We did speak with the staff at the font desk, and she was very helpful. The location was perfect for somewhere to stay overnight for an early morning event in Louisville. The only downside is the noise from the interstate and airport because of the proximity to Louisville....

「The Hampton Inn was superb. Extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Bed mattress was between a soft and a firm. A perfect night sleep. The bathroom towels and wash clothes were plenty. Breakfast was good. Both cold and hot foods. The front desk was caring and friendly. The location was in a nice area and plenty of lighting. Overall experience was terrific. It is a newer hotel so everything was modern for the times. 」
