I was really pleased with this stay as a pivot point amid a weeklong road trip. I didn't know when I booked it that this is more of an extended stay/residential hotel. Regardless, it was a very solid stay. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Clean room, including the bed change being done as I checked in. Quiet, tucked in on the back end of a street, but still right off the interstate. Great price, too. Beyond the room, the highlight was the staff - the front desk people could not have been kinder or more awesome. Whatever your needs - one night like me or an extended stay as it's intended - I'd recommend it.

When I checked in, the clerk was great. She checked on the room and the ac wasnt working. She moved me to another room. I walked in the door and saw two tvs sitting in the walkway in the room. I took and picture and went to show her. She moved me to a third room. The third room's kitchenette had not been cleaned and I don't think the toilet had been cleaned very well. I carry disinfectant wipes at all times because of things like this. The blind was broken and had a spot where u could look in/out of the room from the parking lot. There was mold on the shower walls and ceiling. There were other things that could have been better, but those were the main things. At least I didnt see any roaches.

The room was not swept and definitely needed to be mopped. There were about 20-30 gnats flying around to kill. Just when you think you killed them all. They were back. The wall still had rice stuck to it I had to get off

Got a non smoking room, idk if there was people smoking in the hallways or room but the smell was unbearable, the table had mold on it, beds were extremely dirty, room smelled awful, roaches crawling all over the place, people drinking in the parking lot, reached out to staff got no reply, ended up leaving shortly after I got there. Messaged them about a refund and the issues and never got a response. Stay away

Took 30min or more to get someone to the counter for check in. Room was filthy. Nicotine stains everywhere including fridge, cabinets, and even pillows were stained. BATHROOM WAS WORSE. Hair and blood in tub and white powder on floor. I refused to stay and was denied a refund. Did not feel safe.

I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Open and well lit parking lot near to the entrance. Room was clean, water pressure great. Restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and gas all nearby. Great staff. Things that need improvement: 1) No closet, just a rack with no hangars and 2) I was on a non smoking floor and the hallway still reeked of cigarette smoke. The room did not, thank goodness. Would definitely stay again

We (2) stayed in The Room 407 for 3 nights. I liked the kitchenette. The building is old and you can smell that in the ambience. The floor of the room was kind of sticky and I didn’t feel safe walking barefoot. I wish they supply more towels and kitchen supplies locally I brought my own just in case. I will never stay in this hotel again. And the only reason is because of the old smell in the room

Do not stay here! They rented our room to another guest, who threw all of our personal items into the hallway. Wife and dauter got back to the hotel earlier than I and noticed the items in the hallway. Supposedly do to some audit issue. Obviously they do not clean the rooms between rentals or the housekeeper would have noticed all of our personal items. Wasn't clean. Wasn't expecting much, but safety is non-negotiable. Who know what that would have walked in on had they entered the room. Place wreaks of weed...again, wasn't expecting much, but who knows what was behind that door...luckily they had thrown our personal items into the hallway, so they didn't attempt to enter. Expedia makes it darn near impossible to get a refund and the property cannot issue the refund as it wasn't booked directly. Could care less about the $. Just glad my family is safe. Avoid this place...
