"Downsides....garden room view was in fact a restaurant rooftop view. Bed very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. Positives....amazing staff. All staff throughout the hotel were amazing. fantastic animation team - Mia, Dino, Michael etc do a fantastic job. Bar staff always smiling and go above and beyond. Restaurant staff the same. Can't recommend this hotel enough (not for the comfort of the bed) but for everything else! Outstanding stay. Central location with fabulous grounds. "
