"We had a fantastic stay. Staff was fantastic"

"Room was clean. Needed updated bad but clean. Staff was no help if you could find them. No coffee in room or lobby no ice anywhere in hotel no microwave. Back door was broken so anybody could walk in at night. Parking lot had broken glass. The list goes on but the room was clean. "

"“Budget “ room with extremely shabby furnishings and damaged walls was also not cleaned well. I was upgraded to an equivalent “deluxe “ room at no additional cost- normally an extra $6. Deluxe was same size room with shabby furnishings, a very old hair dryer and a bit cleaner. "
