「This hotel is essentially a rural guesthouse. Without pick-up and drop-off services, it would be very inconvenient. Thanks to the host for the airport pick-up service at 3 a.m. However, I forgot to specify it was a triple room when booking, even though I paid for three beds. Upon check-out, the host asked for an additional $20. Please be aware of this.」

「I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. Thanks to Mohammed (and Yasmine) and Abderrahmane! Thanks again to the terrific front desk staff! You help me a lot with the lending of the phone charger and you and me feel welcomed at the hotel. 「第一次入住大概是夜班的前台，服务不错，第二次白天入住的前台服务态度太差。房间免费水也没了。」

「At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest...

「The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.」
