"Excellent hotel w great AC great location in the heart of the city. Staff was very accommodating we were very pleased w the size of the rooms and location"

"A really nice, updated holiday in express with good breakfast, the only issue with it, is the claim that they have an airport shuttle. Its not a dedicated shuttle, its a shared bus that only runs every 4 to 5 hours. So we had to pay 25 euros for a taxi at 2 am for a 6 minute ride, then the next morning, we were informed that after the 9:20 am airport shuttle, the next would be at 1:20 pm. Very nice property, but we had to rush to catch the morning shuttle and ended up at the airport hours early to avoid another 25 euro cab fare."

"Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. I was happy with the regulated temperature in the room, especially on the hot summer day when I visited Brussels. Overall, a comfortable stay and a reasonable hotel. Yes, the building and the rooms are a little run down, but they were well maintained nevertheless. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels with the same star rating, but for the price I paid, I thought it was very reasonable."
