「I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 p.m. yesterday to check in. There were plenty of vacant spaces in the outdoor parking lot, yet the on-duty morning manager greeted us with a surly, extremely unfriendly attitude. When he learned we needed to park our car, he insisted we use the underground parking garage instead. I clearly told him the underground area was rather narrow and I was not a confident driver, but he brushed off my concerns and claimed it would be no problem, forcing me to park...

「I have been using this motel for the last four or five years but this year I found a change which was an excellent change. The staff were very polite. The shuttle service is great. I should be using this motel again next week and any other time I travel up to Ottawa. It’s in a great location is a great restaurant by the parking lot. Also, there’s a Tim Hortons, which of course, know.」

「The room and hotel had all the required amenities and all the important elements of the room functioned well. The shower was great with lots of pressure, climate control was perfect, tv worked great, and the bed was fantastic. The facility could use some maintenance though as there was no ceiling fan in bathroom, elevator did not have floor number or vocal floor indicator, hot tub was broken and a funky smell was in the pool area. The gym was fantastic, one of the most well equipped hotel gyms...
