「I have waited all day to hear back from Expedia and motel manager about a one night refund which was agreed upon as we checked out a day early. There were problems at the site. No hot water in sink, hot water in shower after running it for a while. The toilet broke while there and on site manager came to fix it. A screen was quite torn allowing bugs in.
