On dort très bien; bien insonorisé et confortable malgré la literie très simple! Déçue au niveau de la télé qui ne fonctionnait pas tout au long du séjour de 3 jours, manque de papier de toilette et pas d’eau le dernier jour….

Le personnel etait aimable et a fait de son mieux. On nous a changé de chambre 3 fois. Le mobilier est mal en point, structure de lut brisée et donc lit inconfortable. Chambre très bruyante du côté du train. 2e chambre, on partageait la cuisinette et salle de bain avec qqn d'autre pas tres propre. 3e chambre, rupture de canalisation dans la rue, plus d'eau froide. 4e chambre etait la bonne, mais il ne nous restait qu'une nuit à Ottawa.

Beds were not great and it felt like I was staying in a dorm room(because it is indeed actually a dorm room). The room was clean, there were 2 separate rooms(our son got his own bedroom), and there was a kitchenette/common area, and it was clearly the lowest price in the area. If you want something fancier this isn't for you, but I'll probably stay here again and will be happy to save the money. Wish there was a place like this everywhere I travel to.

The hotel offers a convenient location, a quiet environment, and friendly staff. However, the facilities are old, and there is no hair dryer in the suite, requiring guests to borrow one from the front desk. Additionally, there is no comforter in the room, only a thin blanket, though an additional blanket can be borrowed from the front desk.

Property was quiet easily accessible and had great walking score according to me. Only hiccup in otherwise perfect stay was we had no running water on the last day. Even the front desk wasn't really helpful during this time. I had asked for some extra time to wait out the water, but there was no water until checkout time. I understand such problem can arise in pumps and motors but they should have better preparedness to tackle such situation.

When we woke up the first morning of our stay, we had no access to water in the whole building. We were unable to use any sinks, shower, or even properly use the bathroom. I was very disappointed with this and the lack of assistance from the staff.

I would not recommend sleeping or sharing the double beds with anyone. They are similar to a well-used sofa pull out couch with one comfy side. I would recommend bringing your own linens and pillows. Location was great. Everything is within walking distance, including parliament hill, art galeries, rideau, byward market, rideau centre and a huge variety of restaurants.

We stayed at the residences for 2 nights and loved the central location. The Byward maket as well as the Ridea center, Parliament and canal were less then a 10min walk away. The Residences themselves were lovely to stay in with 2 rooms and beds plus fridge and seating area. It was quiet and walking the grounds themselves was enjoyable. Staff were very pmeasant as well. Would definitely stay here again!

It was very accessible, staff are friendly and warm. But the door cant locked and faucet not draining well. Hope maintenace can look at it but over all it was excellent stay .if we plan to have vacation again .. i will stay again here♥️we love our view front. Price is affordable.

The good: Friendly staff and easy check in Affordable no frills accomodation 2 bedroom/bathroom/kitchenette More spacious than hotel 20 min or less to walk to parliament etc. Air conditioned Free WiFi Clean Felt very safe travelling alone as a woman with a small child. 3 secure doors to get to room. Beautiful campus Amazing view from the 19 floor The not so great: No supplies in kitchenette (which is disclosed upon booking). Only a fridge/freezer, microwave, and sink. Room in shabby shape. Mattress not super comfortable Parking extremely expensive Would definitely use this accomodation again.
