The staff were awesome. Room nice. Only issue no tv, no phone, no wifi, no coffee for coffee machine. Staff was on it, but unable to do much. We did get a slight discount which was great of them

Basic budget motel with comfy beds and great linen. Pleasant staff. Has own food court which closes in the evening. Quiet after 9pm. McDonald's is just over the highway for breakfast or coffee before 9am. This motel was closest to an event I was attending. I would stay there again if I didn't want to drive from Ottawa East.

Economical motel

Budget motel with 18 rooms attached to a collection of fast food restaurants and gas bar. Check in at Pizza Hut counter in food court or Petro Can after 9pm. Friendly staff. Room was small, very clean with spotless quality linen. Comfy bed, TV and WiFi included. Very quiet after 9pm. Good value for the money.

Nice motel room. Only got a bit stressed when the didnt have our booking on file from expedia. Thankfully they still had room for us. I wouldn't rely on the free breakfast either but tims is just down the road.

Well, according to the description on Expedia, we were supposed to receive a free breakfast to find out when we checked in that they no longer do breakfast anymore and have contacted Expedia, but Expedia has yet to take down the description item. It's a convenient location and has 3 food options plus Starbucks. Gas is in the parking lot over. Rooms are okay but could use an update.

Very clean comfortable rooms. The satellite TV was not working.There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised on their website.When we complained about the TV and lack of coffee maker we were told that we only stayed one night so they said it was no big deal.We would not stay here again and will tell our friend's and family to avoid this place.

This was an OK stay in a location near where we needed, where hotel options are few. The price was decent, and the room and beds were comfortable. There were some problems. At check-in we were greeted by an employee who was also tending one of the fast-food establishments adjoining the hotel. She was exceedingly unfriendly, bordering on rude - in any event, not helpful, and did not give us any confidence that we would get satisfaction if we ran into any problems with our room. The TV/Satellite situation was baffling - finally got it to work after a good ten minutes of fiddling with it. The water in the bathroom had a very strong smell of sulphur/hard water smell which was quite unpleasant. Considering the limited availability of hotel rooms in this area during a festival weekend, we were willing to put up with some disappointments, but hopefully they can do better next time.

this motel was close to Calypso waterpark, that is why we choosed this motel. the room was well kept, and it was easy access to the autoroute and places to eat. The things i didn't like about this place... Staff at the reception... we seem to be bothering her when we came in. When i reserved, i choosed this place mainly because there was a free breakfast, but when we asked they do not do that anymore. they only had a small closet with little snacks that were free, which was nice, but when we wanted to grab some barres for the waterpack, everything was emptied out by other guests. Our room was not even made when we even put the sign on the door. We only got a changed of towels. BUT the cleaning person did an excellent job when we asked about our bathroom when we had a problem with the toilette. this motel offers, free wi-fi but since all the rooms and the resturant were on the same internet it was really slow, but this didnt really bother me but it did bother the rest of my family. beside that, it was a nice stay
