"If you're arriving in Ottawa late in the evening and leaving early in the morning, check the rates on this hotel and consider an overnight stay. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly front desk staff, bar tenders who remember guests from last year. If you are travelling to the Eastern Arctic via Iqaluit as well as any other city with a 5, 6, 7, 8 AM departure (everywhere really) this hotel is the hub. You will probably run into someone you know or have met at least once before. A frequent flyer's home away from home."

"I enjoyed the swimming pool. I was upgraded to a view of the Parliament Buildings, which was nice. I was going to eat at the Hotel restaurant Zoe's, but found the menu uninteresting."

"The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean. The renovations didn't interfere with our visit and the restaurant did the best they could with the situation. The breakfast buffet could have been discontinued due to situation other than that our overall our stay was excellent."
