「Pool was cold and we reported it. Too cold to swim for everyone」

「So it took us an embarrassing amount of time to figure out where check in was. Hint, it’ll feel like you’re in the wrong place but you’re not. The staff at check in was helpful and efficient. I was taken aback at how beautiful the building and the views were. I imagine in its early days it was even more incredible. Vintage, high end ski lodge vibes. With the map we were provided at checkin we found our lodge/room relatively easily. I was disappointed our room didn’t have its own balcony, but...

「Everything was great except Expedia put us down for only one night when I requested two nights. Treetops was most accommodating and arranged for the second night without any problems. 」

「The property advertised having "squeaky-clean" rooms or something to that effect, and both my wife and I felt it lived up to this advertisement. Nothing fancy, but clean and affordable.」

「The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits and gravy! The bathroom was handicap friendly and that was a plus as well. The king sized bed was a little too soft for us but we made due. 」

「The ceiling had a lot of water damage and missing tile in our room. Our toilet continuously ran and barely flushed. The "fitness area" smelled musty/moldy, and had tiles from the ceiling that fell to the floor and were still on the floor. 」
