住宿地點跟接待處是兩個地點的。兩者有一些距離，如拖喼前往較吃力，携帶小孩不合。住宿處整潔，煮食用具齊備，有電梯，附近有超市，很理想。接待員也很友善。不過透過電郵查詢，她要很長時間才回覆。整體而言，感覺愉快。

Poor service and information provided.

The Apartment owner has a number of apartment units to rent out so you cannot expect to enjoy the same unit as shown in the photos. We four people stayed three nights on this occasion in a two bed rooms unit on this occasion. When toilet paper and the three tablets for washing machine were running out, we asked them to replenlish but they refused and asked us to buy in store ourself. As we could not buy small quantity, it caused a lot of inconvinence. Garbage disposal was another problem in Norway and there is no instruction in the unit telling us where and how to separate the garbage for disposal. One of the keys provided cannot open the garbage room and we had to take the garbage back before a clarification could be made. We had a nice stay in same unit provided by this owner in Bergen but not on this time.

5月我訂了2房3人用的房間，約1400Nok一晚，基本的廚房設備齊全，衞生也可以，只是欠缺我在其他國家如法國及意大利等細心及熱情。清潔用品不太足夠，沒梘液丶牙膏等，我住的地方離火車站5分鐘左右，算是方便，但樓下餐廳晚上比較吵

失望透頂的公寓，提供照片的品質，根本不是實際入住的感覺！

旅客評價言過其實，房間跟房價不對等，我們要開始訂三人房公寓，後來又加一位，至少也得給三人房公寓，或者至少是三張單人床+1，結果是又張小到不行的單人床跟小到不行的大單人床要三個人住，連要多餘床單枕頭也沒，那枕頭軟到像是忘了它的存在，我們不過要求三人房型，還要我們額外付款1300NOK以上，十足來搶錢的，我們已經付將近一萬塊台幣，這種房價這種房型，還要加價，裡面什麼都沒有，在冰島我們住過有各種咖啡茶等供應，這裡連肥皂，浴室踩腳毛巾都要再跟他們說才準備，浴室只要有人洗澡，水會淹滿這個浴室，下一個洗的人，就是濕答答的地跟濕答答的踩腳巾享用，下次絕不入住，言過其實的評價，客官們，別再上當惹⋯

Good location

I stayed at this apartment for 5 days consecutively. It is not far from Metro station. It is just 5 minutes walking from Gronland Station. It is close to everything. There is a medium-size supermarket just downstairs. It is very convenient! The overall condition of the apartment is good. However, the bed was too soft and made me difficult to sleep. Besides, the sofa and the cushion on it may no have been cleaned and they were a bit smelly. Moreover, the teflon-coated kitchenwares were scrached and they should be replaced.

首先這間是公寓式住宿，沒有櫃台，所以得先電話預約服務人員來開門，不然在地址處會找不到招牌及人員，我就是忘了查 email ，沒注意到要先電話預約，所以找到地址時以為找錯地方，因為沒招牌，且接待處在2樓，沒預約根本上不去，這點要注意。 此外房間枕頭太扁又軟，還好有多的可以2個一起用，此外，我又遇到oslo少見的熱水供應管壞了，所以有2天一半沒熱水可用，還好只是突發狀況，飯店人員很貼心的買了2個電熱器給我們用，這點看出服務態度很好；除此之外，公寓很好用，煮餐方便，超市附近也有

This was a great property to stay in - all the equipment you need to cook, but bring your own tea, coffee, salt etc... Other than some rather thin towels, we couldn't fault it. Great check in and left luggage. Would recommend!

Beds were terrible, we stayed two nights and hardly slept. No space in the bathroom - washing machine made it difficult to enter the shower. I would not recommend the area - it was rather ugly and felt unsafe and inconvenient. The receptionist was kind. We were allocated a one bedroom apartment with no sofa bed by mistake, but she quickly arranged a side bed - unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep in that mattress. WiFi was difficult to connect to because we were not provided with the right details. The apartment felt cheap (though the price wasn’t). We would not stay there again.

We had a disappointing experience. The apartment provided was not the same as the one shown during booking on Expedia. On arrival, we also found that the dishwasher was not working, and our message about this went unanswered. Despite a cleaning fee already being included, we were later charged an additional $100 — apparently because towels were left on the floor, which is very surprising. We did not damage anything, and with four young children and an early morning flight, we did our best to leave the place in a decent condition. When I raised concerns over the extra cleaning charge (which was made to my card without consent), I received a response blaming us for not placing towels "correctly." This felt excessive and unfair. Overall, I would not recommend this stay due to poor communication, misleading listing, and unreasonable charges.

The apartment was a great home away from home with a toddler. It was located beside a grocery store and close to transportation. We travelled as a larger family and the only downside was I did not realize the apartments would be in separate buildings; however, they were all very close and it was not an issue. The only downside was the apartments get hot and there is no AC, but one fan and the windows opened wider than we are used to and at perfect toddler tripping height. They would be very handy for adult travellers though! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommended this company to others!

CAUTION: the key pick up is two blocks away from the the actual apartments. if you have a lot of luggage, you will be dragging it for a while. I wish the instructions about where the office was would have been more specific. It was decent, the double bed is two twin beds put together. the second remote was not working which was disappointing. the QR provided for wifi was wrong, so we had to call the office and found out that its the code on the router. Advantages: close to train and bus stations, close to many major attractions, close to lots of restaurants!

The office was not easy to find, at first. But the area was very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our views were blocked by scaffolding and construction, but we still had a good stay. Kitchen was utilized and one room had a washer that was also a dryer.

Leuk klein appartement. Prima ruimte voor 2 personen. Met zonnig weer wordt het wel erg warm in het appartement. Straat zelf heeft jammer genoeg niet veel sfeer, de omgeving daar omheen maakt dat goed. Heel dicht bij treinstation, busstation, winkels en restaurants. Diverse delen van de stad zijn makkelijk lopend bereikbaar. Prima verblijf gehad!

Carefully consider before booking this property. You are renting from a large company with 400 units in Oslo that is extremely difficult to get a hold of if things go wrong and makes no apologies for misrepresenting the units that you actually get (vs those advertised). The inside of the unit was fine - clean but very basic. Minimal towels, ok beds, below average pillows and zero ‘extras’ you might normally expect (paper towels, extra pillows/blankets, coffee filters etc). The building itself is gross in the common areas - dirty and sketchy… dark. Check in was a disaster as the key didn’t work and there were no maintenance workers available when we arrived (7pm) and there was no apologies by the lady at the office (which we had to walk to because no one answered our multiple calls) when it was suggested we might not get into the unit until next morning (which was very concerning given we had our two kids with us and no other real options). Fortunately someone from the office was able to fix it 4 hours (11pm) after our arrival. I am sure there are better options out there and I highly highly encourage you to explore those.

We believe in recycling however when checking out we do not expect to walk aways to drop off glass containers. We also did not like that the entire building exterior us undegoing repair so the building is covered by scaffolding and plastic draperies so we could not see out any windows.
