「there was a musty odor in the room. carpets need changed. facility needs to be upgraded and spiffed up.」

「Most slide were down. Pool and hot tub was dirty a used pad was in the filter of hot tub. They have a restaurant inside but you have to order at tiki bar. Chicken was undercooked we just threw away and went to sleep. Seems like they are trying to update and make it nice but it’s far from it. Staff was super helpful and greeted us with a smile never frustrated with questions or problem's always eager to solve the issue fast. The highlight of the stay definitely was the staff.」

「Old wall AC that was loud and sounded like it was going to Break. The room had a foul odor carpets were not clean. There was no hand soap in the dispenser. In the shower the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were nearly empty and when you pushed the level to disperse chunks of product came out. Totally gross. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to wipe the counters off in the room. The lady that checked me in was a bit rude on the phone when I told her I was on my way but when I met...

「I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!」

「This was a Voucher Motel with people living there. The property had garbage and construction debris everywhere. It had mold in the bathroom. There wasn’t even staff in the office at 10:00 on check out. The smell of pot was inside and outside. We had to walk over broken pipes and other building materials to get to our room. I asked for a cancellation with a refund but she refused. I was so glad it was only one night. 」

「The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay. The rooms felt very outdated and did not seem clean at all, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Overall, the condition of the hotel was far below what I was expecting. The breakfast was extremely basic, with very limited options and little to offer. Honestly, I would not return. The stay was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations in any way....
