We loved this property. Its was well located for our time at Universal Studios as well as the Osaka Aquarium. Clean, comfortable and the host was excellent. I highly recommended this property, especially if your on a budget.

As someone who has never traveled out of the country, this was an amazing first hotel to use. The owners communicated everything very timely and the price was amazing. The walk to universal wasn’t bad either so the location is perfect. We would pick this hotel again for another trip.

Amazing stay

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotalu. Our apartment was clean and cozy. I stayed with my family of 3, and recommend this place. Our only issue was that it was a bit far from the metro station, but the bus stop was close, so we used a bus to get to the city center. 7/11 was just around the corner which was super convenient. Plus the washer and dryer is available for free on the first floor. Overall, great host, lovely apartment. Loved our stay

Technically everything is fine for a week's stay. It's only a bit tricky to work the washing machine, and the dryer has no timer, meaning depending on the load it can take multiple hours. Good to know is also that the general bin for trash is outside, somewhat hidden, but it's there (out of the door, around the corner to the right, in a well looking beige container. The latch is hidden under the lift gap). A great grocery store is also a few minutes away, with Oma's Okonomiyaki :-)

We took this as it was closish to Universal Studios. But it wasn't particularly close to a train station and a long walk to US, so cabs were needed. It's great that this had it's own mini-kitchen, but we had been spoiled by our first hotel (one of the Minn chain) which was similar but nicer. So check out Minn hotels before you book this! Or, if visiting Universal, maybe get one of the many hotels next to it, as the area there has far more amenities and restaurant choices (the area around this hotel is more residential, though there was a covered shopping area not far away).

ユニバに行くのに2泊しました。お部屋も広くて綺麗でした(^^)壁紙も可愛いお部屋でした。1階に洗濯機と乾燥機があり洗剤もあったので助かりました。アメニティはシャンプー、ボディーソープ、歯ブラシがあり、化粧品、綿棒はありません。電子レンジや冷蔵庫、IH、お皿等もあるので簡単なご飯も作れます。ラップはなかったです。 ユニバから徒歩30分ですが、喋りながらで全然歩ける範囲でした。何より2泊したのにお安く泊まれて良かったです⭐︎
