Loved the floor plan and all the thoughtful details put into the details. Close to tons of dining options and shopping central. Sits right on top of the train station entrance. Brand new building a major plus.

The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed. Super close to the train lines easy to hop on and off and get everywhere. Super close to dotinbori and the shinbashi shopping area. The only real problem we had was finding the hotel initially the google maps pin dropped us about 4 blocks in the wrong direction.

Comfortable stay at a quiet yet convenient spot

Room was neatly equipped with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer - essential for our 10-night stay. There was ample room for the two of us, though for four people in the supposed quadruple room, space could be tight. Staff were very responsive to queries - just text them on their web platform. Location was wonderful - entrance to the underground street was right in front of the apartment block. That thoroughfare is connected to two subway stations. For all that convenience, the hotel remainwd a quiet restful place. Will stay there again when visiting Osaka.

Our unit was quiet, clean and extremely convenient. Check-in and out was very easy. My family and I will definitely stay again next time we visit Osaka. The only thing I have to complain about is the instruction to get to the unit in the welcome package. It is completely wrong. We spent a good 20 minutes at the station looking for the connecting line that doesn’t not even connect to the station. The instruction says a 2 minute walk between the stations. Google map says it was a 49 minute walk. But now that we know how to get there, next time should be much smoother.

Check-in was difficult due to a miscommunication of location and key location. Once settled in, the neighbor smoked on the balcony so it became unusable due to the smell.

We did not receive any checkin information despite we have sent in our enquiry to hotels.com two times prior to our arrivals. Very hectic checkin due to no password or instruction given (we knew there would be no front desk staff and we were promised to be sent checkin details for self checkin, but we had never got the check in info even after our physical arrival), was a very unpleasant checkin experience.

Esta caminando a Dotombori, muchas tiendas y restaurantes caminando. No hay personal fisicamente que te reciba, pero te dejan indicaciones o si preguntas dudas, te contestan por la app de expedia, no hay limpieza en habitacion, si necesitas toallas limpias y alguna amenidad, tu los tomas en la planta baja.
