"The hotel was adorable and impeccably clean. The property and location was so charming! Fun to walk around and find out fun things about the town. If you have luggage.. coordinate with the hotel a ride to and from the Ferry!"

"We are well-traveled and know what to expect and are not demanding The treatment we received from whoever is responsible for making our stay great was disgraceful. Despite contacting her, she refused to provide basic provisions that are made available in every hotel or apartment where guests stay, that her room staff had forgotten to leave for us. This happened on two days, even though she had been contacted and made aware. She did not accept responsibility until the second day, BUT still was too lazy to organise to fix the problem. She was only available at reception for a very short period of the day and expected us to stop our tours of the area to fit in with her schedule. I would never recommend this Hotel to anybody because of the service NOT given by the Manager and her slack and disrespectful approach to SERVICE"

"Only a few spots for parking, but nice and close to the train station. Amazing an helpful staff, who new good Englishand were ready to help all the time. Amazing breakfast as well. I would say spend the extra money and get the lake facing view. "

The moment you walk onto the terrace, it feels like you’re stepping into a postcard. The panoramic sweep of hills, the water below and the blue sky and clouds. Absolutely stunning. Service & Hospitality A view this good can sometimes make a hotel complacent, but the staff here are the true stars. From the warm greeting at check-in to the waiting staff it was such a friendly feel. They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, making the entire stay feel seamless and personalised. Food The breakfast included in the price was delicious, pastries, coffee, juices, yogurts, and cooked items. We dined here the 1st night due to the weather preventing us going much further and the meal was one of the best ive ever had. I would and already have recommended this hotel to others. We stayed in a room which did not have a lake view but it was clean and comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat."

"The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The spa was not open all day only 4 to 8. The breakfast was exceptional. I would go back. The spa was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. My only issue was that the room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down except open the slider with no screen."

"Location of the hotel is perfect. On the lake, near the Ferry’s. Staff very helpful- helping us navigate the buses and Ferries. Lake view room was amazing. Breakfast wasn’t included as in many European hotels."
