It is a large, clean, comfortable house, in a good area. It has a nice location. What we didn't like was that the sliding glass doors The keys didn't work so we were sleeping unsafely, the temperature of the Grill didn't rise above 350° and it was difficult to make the food and therefore it took a long time to cook it. The maintenance person entered the house without prior notice, when we realized, he was already entering the second floor in the bedroom area, thank God I was not leaving the bathroom and this caused us displeasure.

Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken, fire pits didn't work, hair in shower drain, one of the fridges didn't not cool more than luke warm, arcade room had 4 games, only 1 worked. Saw that house is for sale so seems seller is just trying to make a few bucks on it while it sells. Management was supposed to call me to work out a refund/credit but it's been 2 days since check out and nothing. Do not reccommend at all.

The property’s reception according to their confirmation was supposed to work 8 am - 10 pm. We came to the property and saw a note that there is no one to check us in 8:30 pm - 10 30 pm. We waited for 3,5 hours with little kids at night. Property also deducted 700 from our deposit for good knows what without sending us a letter with explanations.

Probably the best rental experience. The house was new, on a beautiful golf course. The pool wasn’t heated at first but the concierge was very responsive and sent someone immediately to fix it. I just wish we spent more time enjoying the home.
