"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a few little blips, but the staff were great and worked it out. The property is beginning to show its age. The elevator in our building was not working off and on through the week and on the last day it was not working at all. The selection of TV channels is very poor. The rooms are extremely clean. Whenever we needed anything stuff came timely. We love the pools. We’re already going to book for next year."

"The rooms were spacious and clean, staff very helpful. Worked hard to find us 2 rooms close together. Great view of pool area and volcano in waterpark near by. Food court is very large, has, lots of variety of foods and fast process to get through. Took grandchildren age 12 and 7, they loved the pool and hot tub. Location was very close to Universal, Disney, and Seaworld. "
