We’ve stayed at the property previously and enjoyed ourselves very much. This trip we had some trouble with ants in the kitchen going after our breakfast muffins. The staff was attentive and came to the room for treatment however I would’ve appreciated a more significant compensation for our troubles. We will return for a future stay regardless.

so amazing! so much room! Last time we were at the grand floridian. This had more room and was much more laid back than staying on site at the parks.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The condos are nice and spacious and it was convenient to have a shuttle take us over to the Marriott across the street where the water park and other amenities were. Love the location!
