Our room was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early for a fee. The location is close enough to Disney but also to other things as well. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. The carpet was a little outdated, but wasn't bothersome to me. I will definitely stay here again!!

Loved the staff. Courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was great and tasty . Nice variety every day . My only concern was the marijuana smell in the hallway and eventually seeped in my bathroom . The staff did all they could do. Upper management should expel guests who arenā€™t considerate and who donā€™t follow hotel policies .

Nice location

The stay was good. A bit of an issue the first night. The water heater went and had to take a cold shower in the morning. The bed wasnā€™t the most comfortable. The rest of the hotel was kept up and clean. The breakfast was average.

The room and the hotel structure are old. The AC wasnā€™t working, which left the room with a strong moldy smell. We asked to change rooms, and the staff was very kind and fulfilled our request. The new room didnā€™t smell bad, but the AC still wasnā€™t cooling properly. Several accessories, like the toilet paper holder in the lobby bathroom and the breakfast toaster, were broken. The mattress and pillows were poor quality. I usually stay at Hampton Inn because itā€™s a synonym for quality, but this location did not meet my expectations.
