Seems nice at first.

Honestly we were disappointed. This place was booked last minute which may have affected the quality. We paid and booked it the day before we checked in. While the house was great functionally, there were issues with the details. There house was missing washcloths and dish detergent, numerous cups and dishes were dirty, the remote to the main tv was missing. While all tv were smart tv’s none of the apps were signed in. The couch pictured is not the same at the location, the actual couch could only sit 4 people. When we arrived the cleaning lady was still on the property, but then we were told that we need to take out the trash as well as leave promptly at checkout time because cleaning would happen at checkout.

Convenient location, wouldnt stay there ever

Check in process was very annoying I had to send the same email 7 times. I was forced to download an app on my phone (which I dont like but I guess I understand) when I asked if there was any other option, they never even replied. There were roaches in the house. On the last night the ac went out and there was no response from the person in charge we called texted and emailed a request for a call because thermostat was blocked. Terrible customer service the only response I received was yesterday asking, how was your stay? Would never book with this company again.
