「This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.」

「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」

「Great location for a couple looking to get away. Small kitchen but is great for a stay if you arent looking to do much cooking. Its about a 3-5 minute walk into town where everything is. Morning coffee on the front porch was our favorite. Hot water is lacking a bit but give it time and it works, just dont expect super hot showers and you will do just fine. Personally feel its a great stay for the price and location to town is well worth it. Thanks!」

「Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Needs updated very badly. Only furniture besides the bed was a three drawer dresser with one knob drawers didn't work and a small TV nothing else.. Paint was peeling toilet leaks.」

「The room smelled like mildew and mold from a filthy AC. The floors made your feet black, the walls were splattered with old food and whatever else.. dirt, feces and blood, there was cockroaches, the bathroom door couldn’t close because it was warped from water damage. The hallway carpets were black and thick with various spilled substances, everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. The lobby was covered in animal hair. Homeless people fighting in the parking lot. The people who live there...

「Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!」

「If you have a loved one residing at Orange City Nursing & Rehab, this is an excellent place to stay because it is 1.3 miles away. There is free parking and a reasonable free breakfast, a room with a mini fridge and microwave, free coffee (including decaf)/tea anytime, and a small gym and pool. It is near a Target and Walmart to help with anything you have forgotten. The cons: I struggled to figure out how to turn off the flashing message light on the room phone (to be honest, I didn't ask for...
