"Parking is difficult. Hotel/valet parking is $60 night, or you have to find a parking space on the city streets. Room was nice and clean. Classic style. Restaurant was better than I expected "

"I forgot how great Hotel Lucia is! Centrally located, grand old building with inviting public spaces. The rooms are mefium sized but nicely furnished in a retro style reminiscent of the 1940s. Best of all is the friendly professional staff who go out of their way to ensure your visit is the best. Bonus - rooms are competitively priced as compared to comparable properties in the neighborhood. "

"Excellent location. We were attending a soccer game at Providence Park, only 8 blocks away. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Tavern was convenient to catch a light lunch. Very polite staff. "

"We stay at the Residence Inn in the Pearl often. Clean and comfortable, with hospitable and friendly staff. It's in a great location for travelers and it's within walking distance of some fabulous eateries. We are comfortable walking in this neighborhood in the day and after dark. We would recommend this lodging."

"Overall we had an excellent stay at the Heathman, even with the lobby construction. Our king room was extra large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially for our baby. We used the nearby SmartPark garage (at 4th and Yamhill) for parking with no issues and ~$15/night. "
