"Staff was very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Cristina the Guest Relations Manager. She greeted us and made our stay special. The room was nice and spacious. The location is perfect. Steps away from the subway and train station so it was easy transportation from Disneyland and an easy return back to Charles De Gaulle airport. The building is under construction so it was initially tricky to locate. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of yummy options. Walking distance to a large mall and lots of restaurants and asian foods. "

"Clean room - stayed 2 wks. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and groceries (convenience store) close by. Buses close by. Loved the area, lots to see and you can take a bus or 2 to get places. Not sure about laundry never needed..brought enough so i don't need to worry about it. "

"The room was clean, staff was pleasant and the hotel is close to many of the sites I wanted to visit (Jardin du Luxembourg, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, and close to metro) while being quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay very much"

"I genuinely like this hotel, just they are on major construction on lobby and restaurant, we were not informed before our arrival. But the room was pretty and spacious given usual Paris hotel rm size. I would live to re visit when they finish their construction. I was not able to see any properties other than rooms. Supermarket is nearby, 3 major subways stations are not far from it. Nice location."

"Take your hard earned money and spend it on literally any other hotel. I can’t express enough how much I regret booking this hotel. The staff member we dealt with at the front desk was beyond rude, dismissive, a liar, and the rooms are worse than many hostels. Our shower didn’t drain and flooded the whole bathroom. This leads me to believe nothing is being cleaned properly. If it was, they’d know the shower wasn’t draining and would have fixed the problem instead of putting more guests in the room. The bed was hard as a rock and also had a giant bump in the middle. And all this for the posted price of 300€/night? Shameful. So again, spend your money literally anywhere else."
