The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. They had very good ideas for me when I asked questions. And they helped arrange the room bed clothing so that I could sleep cooler at night.
Lovely hotel with a beautiful breakfast included each morning. The rooftop was an absolute stunning opportunity to watch a sunset and see Paris lit at night
Loved the roof top bar and the amazing view. The bartenders really knew what they were doing and a lot of fun to watch them make the drinks. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer and will return next time we are in Paris. Clean, modern with staff very eager to help and give suggestions for food/shopping/sightseeing. Rooms today, well insulated for sound and darkening curtains so slept like logs. Location great - walk to attractions and shopping within a half hour, close to hop on/off route etc.
Gorgeous hotel in a prime location, Getting around was effortless. The staff were incredible, sunset on the rooftop bar, my morning coffee, the comfortable bed, the wonderful aromatic scents, enhanced my four days in Paris.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, extremely clean, and has a very cozy yet elegant atmosphere.
One of my favorite things was having breakfast in the charming courtyard. It was such a relaxing and beautiful way to start the morning. Unfortunately, we only had a few days in Paris, so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the hotel’s amenities as much as we would have liked. The rooftop is also very elegant, with beautiful views over the city and a lively atmosphere with both travelers and locals.
The location is another huge plus. You’re right in the middle of the action, with the Louvre and Notre-Dame less than a 10-minute walk away. Other major sights such as the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and Eiffel Tower are easily accessible by Metro or a short taxi ride.
The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the hotel’s stylish décor and overall atmosphere. Despite being in such a central and lively area, the hotel still manages to feel comfortable and intimate.
Overall, a charming, stylish, and very well-located hotel. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris.
The front desk staff and doorman were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and very clean, the restaurant lovely, and the location was, for us, perfect. We had a room with a terrace, allowing us to view the neighborhood. f we ever make it back to Paris we would absolutely stay here.
One of the best hotel stays we’ve had! The location is absolutely prime, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was also delicious!
As for the room, we upgraded to a Junior Suite, and I’m so glad we did. The Signature Room felt a little tight for the two of us, so if you have the opportunity to upgrade, I definitely recommend it.
But the absolute highlight was the view from our balcony, or the rooftop-simply breathtaking! We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. ❤️
We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's 50th Birthday at The Hotel Dame des Arts. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Paris and the Rooftop terrace is a must visit. A special shout out to Sara for her assistance!
Positives - the hotel is situated in a perfect location, close to a lot of attractions all within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, had a good vibe and the rooftop view is spectacular. That said, the elevator system is very annoying and takes so long. I also had numerous issues, the worst of them being their system charged my credit card twice of over $430 for fees. Then the rooms had no robs, we asked for extra pillows and they took hours to deliver it. The bodywash and cream were not being refilled at all. And the breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, I rate this hotel for the price a 3/5.
An amazing hotel in the best location to go wherever you need in the city. Steps from the M4 line with some amazing restaurants both at the hotel (go to the rooftop!) as well as in the area. Will definitely return.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in December 2025. It was Christmas season and they had prizes to be won, so the lobby felt alive!! From the moment you step foot in the building to the moment you check out, the concierge were so nice and accommodating. For example, on our first night, we missed our dinner reservations and the concierge team treated it as a priority - giving us 3 of the best steak frites restaurants recommendations. We ended up going to Chez Martine, making it the most memorable night.
We stayed in the Signature Room with the Eiffel Tower view. It had everything we needed, the room felt spacious and the view was to die for. The balcony was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure tends to be a huge problem in french hotels, however, I can 100% confirm that the water was perfect. As my girlfriend would say, it was very curly-haired accessible.
We were able to use the gym and it was well-equipped. The breakfast had various options and their restaurant, Pimpan, is a MUST TRY. The bartender asked us to DESCRIBE our dream drink and made it on the spot... WHAT!!
It was well-situated, being very close to the Latin-quarter. The surrounding area felt safe and we had walked home late at night on many occasions. Just outside was Saint Michelle station which was very accessible to other famous places in Paris.
A MASSIVE thank you to the team Maryame, Jade, Khloe, Gildas and Gabrella for providing the best Parisian experience for us!! See you soon!
Staff was excellent and patient with us since we spoke zero French! The location is perfect as you’re within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers.
The hotel is central to many great landmarks, cafes, and local venues. The rooftop bar and view are exceptional. This really made for a memorable stay. I have been to Paris a few times and my stay at Dame des Arts truly made this trip the best one yet - the service and location make the experience hassle-free.
