"After I booked I started reading some reviews! Got a little scared, but we stuck with it and glad we did! The room was clean and very comfortable. They do not have coffee pots in the rooms but it was no trouble going down for coffee. Simple breakfast of bagels, cereals muffins fruits. All worth it for a lower cost for one night. Ran into a man who had stayed 2 weeks before on his travels and booked again coming back thru. We will stay again. "

"I'm so glad i chose this place. The lady at the desk made sure i was taken care of. Excellent hospitality! I needed to wash outfits, she had everthing available to do so. Put me in a convenient room for my needs. Room was clean. Nice shower and water pressure. Not little crappy soaps and shampoo. Tub has proper shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I had Excellent sleep! 10 out of 10! Great price for what i got!"

"Friendly staff. Very slow checkin - almost 45min with 4 people trying to get computers working and figuring which room to issue. Sheets very old, worn and rough - lint balls. The hotel does not monitor other guests. 1am a bus of under supervised children running around, clapping by hands, jumping. The room has minimalistic - hair dryer and ice bucket. Tv lacked remote - I walked to front desk and they opened a drawer but said it would be awhile before they could find batteries. The carpet, bathroom, and overall hotel was not clean. We felt bites while in the room. Waking past most of the rooms all you smell is marijuana. We ended up leaving the hotel within a few hours of arriving. We gave up on trying to get some sleep - as the noise, bites, and discomfort were beyond our tolerance. This hotel should have its license revoked. "

"Do not recommend. We travel a lot and this is the only time I have given a negative review. Pulling up, I had instant regret as it looked run down to me. The person at the front desk was friendly as she checked us into our non-smoking room. At 11:30pm the partying in the room next door started, and our nonsmoking room quickly filled with the smell of cigarette smoke from the people next door. By midnight, I called the front desk and they said they would deal with the noise. To my comment on the smoking, they said that our room was nonsmoking. I said I understood that but the people next door were smoking and the smell was coming in. 10-15min later the noise had not stopped, so I called back. They said they would deal with it. By this point I had already taken my puffer multiple times because I was coughing and couldn’t breathe due to my asthma. I slept 4-5hrs max. At checkout, I relayed my experience, and the front desk staff member was dismissive. They refused a refund. Expedia also called to request a refund and they were denied. "
