"I always stay with Rosen Inns, every month throughout different locations in Orlando. I usually leave excellent reviews however, This one highly disappointed me this trip. My review today is not against the hotel, as the hotel was still clean, however mostly with the maintenance and staff. Unfortunately upon entering my room on this trip, I did not realize it at first but later that evening, as I went to brush my teeth the cold water faucet did not work so only hot water was available. Additionally, I became extremely nauseous later that night probably from something I ate at the park, not the hotel. My complaint was because the cold water was not working that night as I began to get sick and needed water and there was none available. I phoned the front desk to ask if someone could please possibly bring me some water. This is not a normal request for me only because I was unable to move as I was extremely ill, but needed water and hydration due to vomiting. I was told “we don’t have any water down here”, and there was no further explanation no further offer of assistance or anything. Needless to say, the next day as soon as I was able to start feeling better, I left the hotel. I do still love the Rosen Inn brand however, I will not return to this location."

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort

"Room 6502 has a sink faucet that doesn’t stay on. You have to hold it up. The shower had a movable shower head but wouldn’t turn on when you switched the knob. The thermostat, although it worked, always had an Error code on the screen anytime it times out…but the air still functioned. And the fridge was too cold and didn’t have a temp to be able to turn it up…it froze everything. None of those were deal breakers. The hotel and water park were clean and fun. I wish the water park would’ve opened even an hour earlier as my young kid gets up at the crack of dawn. Park of the “flooring” at the water park is ripping up and needs replaced, but it was fun. The cost of foods or drinks or arcade games was insanely high, which is normal for resorts and yet woukd be nice if they could make it more reasonable for families."

"Jack 39 from UK with an 8 year old girl and a decent wife just visited this hotel for a week. Very clean hotel, rooms are decent even when standard. Pool and slide is unreal and plenty of lifeguards. Booze is on the pricey side but cant complain. Boat to universal is great and quick, also a ride in itself. You can walk to volcano bay which takes around 7mins. Bus to epic, right outside the hotel. Honestly epic wasnt great. Original parks are the goat. Anyway im rambling. Great hotel! If youre from the UK, book it."

"Everyone was so helpful and friendly had buses out front to take us to the parks we really enjoyed our stay and the person who checked us into the hotel was so nice and friendly and she checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to trolley service, buses, restaurants and entertainment. The immediate area is going through a bit of improvements but we had no issues. Breakfast is fine, good coffee, orange juice and waffles and a great staff."
