「The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately they are associated with Expedia and Expedia will cost them business and credibility. Expedia will never see a dime of our business in the future. It is our understanding that we were not the first victims of Expedia's heartless ways. I am 74 and do fairly extensive traveling, this is my first encounter with such money grubbers. 「We were very comfortable here!」

「We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect.
