「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「The space (2 bed, big bathroom and huge living room with beautiful views) was amazing - can't beat the price to be walking distance from every thing downtown, PNC Park and Acrisure stadium (i never had to use the bus or lyft/uber). There's a 24/7 pizza place just across the street as well as a convenience store. I don't mind walking nor climbing stairs.. so the walk up and down the 4th floor is something to keep in mind. Otherwise, i deformity got more value than if i had stayed 2 min future...
