「When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. 「This motel was filthy with bugs . The wifi did not work, it was so bad that we left and stayed down the road. We asked for a refund but they refused!」

「Staff was friendly, breakfast was the typical breakfast you get for free at any hotel. Parking was also convenient. My only drawback is that the hotel is VERY VERY outdated and rooms have a particular smell to them. For instance, the tv in the room is cable only no Netflix or streaming service. Lastly the room appearance was very vintage and not in a good way. I’ll rate it 3 stars.」

「I wouldn’t stay here. The staff is the only reason why we didn’t move hotels once we checked in. Young kid at the front desk, Isaiah, absolutely amazing young man. We booked through Expedia two rooms and realized the dates were wrong. Called Expedia and they said they were able to adjust the booking dates so we thought cool. Nope. Wrong.
